The three-day hearing for a Thunder Bay Police Service officer charged with misconduct will begin Wednesday.
Sgt. James Mauro faces two counts of misconduct under the Police Services Act.
He was suspended from duty on March 26, 2010.
The hearing will be held at the Valhalla Inn in the Icelandic Room, starting at 10 a.m.
The hearing is open to the public...Mayor Hobbs is slated to testify as one of the main witness's......mmmmmmmmmmm...t
Keep in mind the last time this was scheduled was back in 2011 and at the last minute was cancelled....lets hope it is finally done with and Mauro gets what he has coming too him.!!!
