Okay where has mayor Hobbs been for the past 7 years....this is laughable at best that he is shocked by the conditions in the Limbrick area of Thunder Bay...what a looser he has proven himself to really be...and thank the good lord above that he has decided not to run again because he would get laughed out of the room...and please take special note that the only one who is reporting on this is Hobbs good friend James Murray Hinter of NutNewsLedger.com
