Well as you will see from the chart below, our TBDRHSC Gridlock Hours have increased from the year 2010 to 2011, one can only guess at this point in time what 2012 will finish like, however I would hope all would be concerned and of like mind that these code "Grid Lock" hours are un-acceptable and that management must be held to a much higher standard in our community when delivering health care services, especially with some of the extremely high wages those in upper level management are raking in each and every year.
