The PROSVITA PORT ARTHUR HALL is behind to the tune of $95,000.00 in their property taxes.....and now we also own the LYCEUM PIPER building...the city has written off $150,000.00 in un-paid tax arrears as well...now add in all of the abandoned buildings we have on SIMPSON STREET that are also in tax arrears or that the city has taken over and now own outright....and then tell me how great the city is actually doing...!!!
