THE MISSION STATEMENT of THUNDER BAY HOUSING CORPORATION is an UTTER FARCE.....and does NOT even come close to being a reality in so many case's from actual tenants that I have personally spoken with......read it for yourself....below...

The Thunder Bay District Housing Corporation provides professional Property Management services of various housing programs in Thunder Bay and the district.

The TBDHC is governed by a volunteer Board of directors appointed by the TBDSSAB. Our employees are responsible for a variety of functions including rent collection, property maintenance and tenant support services.

 Thunder Bay District Housing Corporation owns approximately 2,600 units situated in the District of Thunder Bay. In addition, TBDHC administers the Rent Supplement Program for approximately 560 units, providing subsidy to over 80 private landlords.
