This is very serious I believe...ATTENTION ATTENTION....there is a man named "JOHN SZCEPINSKI" who is a city employee....approximately a year ago as told to me yesterday by a friend who knows this man very well for a number of years...was involved in stealing from the city and even a few years back while he was stationed at the Thunder Bay CANADA GAMES COMPLEX he was the PEEPING TOM who was looking in on into the woman's change rooms and believe it or not this CREEP is still gainfully employed by the City of THUNDER BAY...so I ask you all what do you think of this...he just keeps getting shuffled from job to job within the city union ranks...and in my opinion he should have been fired a long time ago especially in relation to the PEEPING TOM stuff he was doing.!!!!
