Oh well local lawyer Neil McCartney has advised me today that he refuses to turn over the file I have requested by means of a LETTER of Authorization from my client...so right now I'm filing an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT against him and his law firm with the UPPER LAW SOCIETY of ONTARIO...what he is doing is WRONG...plain and simple...trust me I'll get the file...;)
