Subject: I believe the
situation indicated in the 2 photos needs to be
addressed immediately, especially for those who are in this area during the
evening/night time hours...there are more than one of these areas left
un-covered and therefore a hazard to any and all pedestrian traffic....as well
as possible civil legal action against the city of
Thunder Bay, if someone is in fact injured because of this most
un-safe scenario. Due Diligence is clearly not in
play by all the parties concerned.

view the photo's below and please advise your thoughts or comments and what
corrective actions you have now taken, to address
this issue I have now raised.
