Ummmmmmmmm...."Rising Employment"..."Sellers Market"...

Where exactly is this "rising employment" happening in great proportion may I ask.???

A sellers market it very well may be...unfortunately what ever factors which are driving the prices skyward cannot possibly be based on any real tangible economic growth in the city...in my opinion with all the recent jobs lost within the past 6 month period.

I would be delighted if someone can kindly explain this scenario.!!
