Expand hospital instead

Gridlock. There is a term that should never have been associated with our new Regional hospital! The fact is that it has been used far too many times in the last few years.
I’m sure the only way to alleviate this condition is to expand the facility, one way or another, and after seeing the number of design awards that this facility has garnered, I would imagine that that provisions for future expansion were incorporated into the design.
Would it not serve the majority of our population better by directing our energy and funding towards enlarging the hospital as compared to building the proposed multiplex?

Just a Footnote:
this includes the poor....the middle class and seniors with safe and affordable housing.....
at city hall....the elephant in the room is a reality...
