Doublespeak: Canada's feds busy creating tax loopholes even when they say they're cracking down.
Why are some Canadian companies paying almost no tax?
Thunder Bay's very own version of the 3 stooges....mayor Keith Hobbs is the head stooge without question...:)
Energy, the proposed event centre and health care were the main priorities for the city at a recent provincial conference.
City officials, including mayor Keith Hobbs and city manager Tim
Commisso, returned from the Ontario Good Roads Association conference
late Wednesday.

Thunder Bay District Regional Hospital in financial trouble...over budget...!!!
Oh me oh my.....they too are feeling "UNDER PRESSURE"....and so they
very well should...yet another dismal operation...here in the city...how
about the pressure on the people and their families of the REGION and
city who need to attend the hospital....and are housed in the hallways
and broom closets....that ship has not floated properly ever since they opened the doors.

This is a lazy way to lose weight.....check it out....give it a try...:)
This is a lazy way to lose weight. It burns hundreds of calories even if you are just sitting down on your computer. It also increases your metabolism which helps in weight loss
For Recipe. You Need:
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon
1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml Water
Directions:
1) Use 1 part of cinnamon to 2 parts of raw honey. 1 tsp cinnamon to 2 tsp honey is recommended.
2) Boil 1 cup/8oz/237 ml of water.
3) Pour the boiling water on cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink.
4) Add honey when the water is cool/warm. Never add honey when it is hot as the heat will destroy the enzymes and other nutrients in the raw honey.
5) Drink 1/2 of this before going to bed. The other half should be covered and refrigerated and drink it in the morning. Do not re-heat it in the morning.
Do not add any flavors in this mixture. And this recipe only works if you drink it on empty stomach.
Thunder Bay District Housing Corporation has failed its residents as has those who both manage and sit upon the various internal committees...take notice will you mayor Keith Hobbs...
Oh well not surprising.....THUNDER BAY DISTRICT HOUSING is reporting a
loss of $500,000.00 over their 2013 fiscal budget....mainly due to "PEST
CONTROL"....which from the facilities I
have personally visited would include both MICE and the dreaded BED
BUG....this entire CORPORATION needs a complete overhaul from top to
bottom in my opinion....people simply deserve better...!!!

Thunder Bay mayor Keith Hobbs has proven himself to be nothing short of an "EPIC FAILURE"...!!!
JUST an FYI....to point out that it is one of my goals, which I have set for myself 2014 to expose our sitting mayor Keith Hobbs for the utter FAILURE he has been as mayor and that my home town cannot afford another 4 years of this man with all those "EMPTY PROMISES" he spouted off about back in 2010.
SO mayor HOBBS....you better have your game day face on...because I'm coming for you in the press and social media...I fully intend to NOT see you be re-elected...!!!

Just some real B.S. from Thunder Bay Mayor Keith Hobbs' annual State of the City address to city in December of 2013

I say BALONEY...too put it nicely....more empty promises is all the general public has received from you since day one in this city...!!!

Hey mayor Keith Hobbs....this is simply more BAD ECONOMIC news.... for Thunder Bay...!!!
50 people presently working at the ONTARIO POWER GENERATING STATION ON THE MISSION ISLAND....have already received their layoff notices which take effect in 2015....this is simply more BAD ECONOMIC news for Thunder Bay...!!!
Hey mayor Hobbs....tell us all again how wonderful things are in this constantly downward spiraling city.

Subject: The "NO TRESPASS" order that you had Lief Anderson issued against myself dating back to December of 2012.
FYI...I have requested of Lief Anderson to have this "NO TRESPASS" order rescinded-cancelled. The latest date of my last request is from 2 weeks ago.
If you and the city of Thunder Bay choose not too cancel this order I will have no choice other than to go both to our local media with this situation and in turn then file a civil law suit naming both yourself, Lief Anderson and the city of Thunder Bay as defendants.
In closing, one would expect not only a reason given for such a NO TRESPASS order....which I have never been provided with, nor should such a ban from city owned property be allowed to last well over a year in time. Please note that I use the No Trespass orders that were or have been taken out against Henry Wojack in 2013 and in 2014.
Sincerely,
Jim Gamble

Thunder Bay....Letter to the EDITOR at the Chronicle Journal....
Expand hospital instead
Wednesday, February 26, 2014
Gridlock. There is a term that should never have been associated with our new Regional hospital! The fact is that it has been used far too many times in the last few years.
I’m sure the only way to alleviate this condition is to expand the facility, one way or another, and after seeing the number of design awards that this facility has garnered, I would imagine that that provisions for future expansion were incorporated into the design.
Would it not serve the majority of our population better by directing our energy and funding towards enlarging the hospital as compared to building the proposed multiplex?

Did you know this about our Thunder Bay mayor Keith Hobbs...???
Another in my "DID YOU KNOW" series.....prior to being elected as mayor
while Keith Hobbs was a member of the Thunder Bay Police Department....a
year or so prior him taking his
retirement...."HOBBS" was suspended with pay....however unlike the many
other police officers who have been on suspended paid leave both before
and after "HOBBS" suspension....there was NEVER A REASON for the police
departments action against HOBBS provided either to the public or to our
local press.
I find that FACT highly suspicious and not in line with how the police department normally deals with the subject matter of suspending officers with full pay...!!!
Never the less....I will get to the burning question and circumstances surrounding this matter....on that you can make a sure bet....:)
