When Oh When is the city going to finally pull the rag from their BUTTS and have this burned out house on the corner of Donald and Vickers Street finally torn down...it has been just over a year since it magically caught fire...actually I was on scene shortly after the fire department tried to put it out...and bye the way...it was gutted...they could not even begin to try and salvage it by the time they got to the scene...
