I am all for the FAIR TREATMENT of those taxpayers who were devastated during the EPIC FLOOD of MAY 2012...however that was not the case in point here in Thunder Bay...the BACK STORY to this CARTOON...will not only SHOCK you...it will once again prove beyond a shadow of any doubt in your minds...that the homeowners effected were NOT TREATED in the same fashion that one Mr. JOHN FLIS and his group known locally as "The Polish Mutual Benefit Society"....which is located at 818 Spring Street was given EXTREME Preferential treatment and overall $$$$ payout when it comes down to the damages they received to their walk-in cooler, their stoves and other food preparation equipment they use on a weekly basis to sell their product on a weekly basis to the general public...and YES once again I do have documentation, emails to city manager Tim Commisso and the Flood Disaster Committee to back my claim-statements as noted above....you all know I would...plus I have actual witness's to this effect who will be compelled at a later point in time to also come forward...so stay tuned as they say...!!!
