mayor Hobbs lost a whole lot of the communities respect with his unethical behaviour around the time of his brief Police Board tenure...now he can add his empty promise of not being in favor of the public having a plebiscite to decide if this is actually wanted by the taxpayers of Thunder Bay...just add it up to his arrogance and his LOVE of eating "CROW"...:)
